Why my admin related topic was locked???

Was i post any wrong info there? Or a normal member couldn't be
permitted to create any admin related topics. Our global moderator 'dsb'
told me that "search before post this topic was already exist by forum
admin b4tp4r. But when i posted the topic named "mig33 room admin list
(updated)" & i damn sure that my topic was more and more updated
than before update admin list & my topic consists with current
admins, recent admins, demoted admins, resigned admins, but at that time
the old admin list never consist with the specific items. That's why i
decided to create a topic about the room admins with the specific items, but my
topic was locked!!! I've just posted 2 admin related topics & both
of them were locked!!! The 2nd topic named "Congrats for the all new admins". But this topic was also locked. But why??? Or i m not permitted to create any
topic about room admins. I hope this topic will never be locked & give
me a logical answer.

bro u dont post same topic which is posted before. so ur topic "mig33 room admin list
(updated) locked. and about "Congrats for the all new admins" << u posted it in wrong sections so I locked it coz it updated in b4tp4r bro's mig33 admin list(update) topic

the posted topic named "mig33 admin list(update)" which was created by me, is never be exist by any1.
